Aha! I didn’t realize you could Periodic Notes without providing a template (by leaving that field blank). I guess normally that wouldn’t make sense unless you were also planning to use Templater to populate that empty periodic note. In that case, I can see that maybe using regex templates might do the trick. I will have to explore that scenarios.
