I use Obsidian to fit my medical studies into my everyday life. I have not even gotten my dailynotes to work to my satisfaction. I am trying to get my metadata to work well enough to find information among 1400 plus notes. The many plugins seem to overlap and I am sick of trying each one. I am hoping that Actions will help me get more practical access to my vault.
Also, I am looking at shortcuts for the first time and trying them out. I am uneducated in computer software so I have to learn everything at a basic level. I am 75 years old. I dreamed of software like Obsidian when I was doing my Ph.D. research in anthropology in 1995, but the complexity of actualizing this dream still feels hard to reach.
