It’s possible that the previous version 2025.0.0 doesn’t correctly checks for updates! If “Check for updates…” in the main menu doesn’t do anything, please install the new version manually.
New and exciting
I’ve overhauled tagging: You can now tag “global” workflows which will always be shown in the menu. Also, workflows can be put into submenus now
The app window gained a Settings tab.
Settings: I’ve added a customizable global keyboard hotkey to open the workflow menu.
Settings: BarCuts can now be launched at login.
In the workflow menu, Shift-clicking (or Shift-Return) a workflow will now open it in the Shortcuts editor.

Changes
- Breaking: While working on the Tagger action I came across a Shortcuts bug again which forced me to internally rename this action, because sometimes Shortcuts will just randomly replace actions in workflows with other actions that are merely named the same, which is … not great.
- When the app doesn’t have yet permissions to read Shortcuts data, it’ll say so in the workflow menu.
- The workflow menu was reordered, the workflows are now on top.
- Made the HowTo tab a bit bigger so the screenshots are better readable.
Fixes
- The beta app didn’t use the correct beta icon.
