Getting error dialogue when running Browser Action

The very short, very plain answer: I messed up. You’re looking at debugging output that wasn’t supposed to surface. Apologies.

I expect that apart from that alert, BA continues to work?

It looks like your 1-Year Upgrade License was purchased more than a year ago, and instead of just continuing to work with your installed Browser Action version, it complains that it’s “expired”.

Some background: In this context, that information is wrong, even though it’s not entirely wrong. All Browser Action versions that have been released either before your purchase or within a year of your purchase will work with your license. But during a license check the licensing server will correctly reply with “expired” which simply means “not eligible for further app updates”.

BA does not continue to work, because the action stops.

@jkishner I’ve just put a few more months on your license, effectively making it “active” again, so hopefully you’ll be set while I work on fixing the issue. I’ll keep you posted!
