I’ve just released a new Listening Post version. Update your install from LP’s main menu → “Check for Updates …” or grab it from the product page:
No Longer Broken
- Last.fm — Scrobbles and now-playing updates now include the album name.
- Shortcuts channel — If a channel points at a Shortcuts workflow that no longer exists, Listening Post tells you once and flags the channel as broken, instead of re-firing the same “workflow not found” notification on every poll.
Changes
- Recognition notifications — Silent now. You’re already listening to music when a track gets recognized, so the chime was just noise. Failure notifications keep their sound, so you’ll still hear when a channel actually breaks. Thanks for the suggestion, @esamecar!
- Faster history — Loading your recent listens is quicker now, especially with a large listening history.
- A number of under-the-hood fixes; nothing glamorous, though.
