macOS: I had to rewrite the app’s launch detection and window management after AFO refused to stay open for some customers on macOS 26.1. Apparently, 26.0 was fine, but 26.1 introduced some changes. Finding the cause for the instant app terminations was quite a journey, and I’d like to thank @Manuel_Castaneda for the invaluable help!

Working with files (not notes) sometimes resulted in weird characters in path and file names. (URL encoding gone wild.) This is fixed now.

Descriptions of Obsidian File actions now make clear that they can only access files and folders inside the selected vault. Thanks for the input, @doug78645!
