Adding hashtag?

Hi,
I am new to AFO and also pretty new to shortcuts!
I have used the Append text to periodic note action to add some text to the end
of my daily note. I would like to add a hashtag to each entry, to make it easier to search in future and maybe use data view to sort them.

(I am looking to replace my rather messy Drafts inbox which I use for quick notes but then I never do anything with them!)
I am sure this is trivial but any pointers are very welcome.

Ignore me, I figured it out. I found a similar workflow which just takes the input in to a text action, then I can append my hashtag etc, then pass it to the append to daily note.
